Born in Ferrara in 1984, Elia Barbieri is an Illustrator and Graphic Designer based in Mantua (Italy).

After graduating in Literature at the University of Ferrara he decided to move to Milan following his interest for communication and drawing in order to improve his capabilities and skills taking classes  at CFP Bauer and Mimaster.

He likes to create images or short animations using just few colors and details trying to simplify and enhance the fruition of the message without giving up with intelligence, poetry, irony or strong powerful contrasts. He loves social, political and cultural topics as advertising campaigns too.

Among his clients: Pitti Immagine, Terre di Mezzo Editore and il Corriere della Sera.
